How can I get free shipping?
Ah, free shipping: the perk we all expect since the rise of Amazon Prime. As a small business, it’s tough for us to offer free shipping — because shipping costs for our business are usually around $7 for one bottle, and up to $30 for larger orders.
HOWEVER. For a limited time only, we’re offering free standard shipping on all products to the lower 48 states in the U.S. There’s no minimum order required! You can also upgrade to Expedited Shipping for $6.97 at checkout.

What happens after I order?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email (please allow up to 15 minutes for our email to sprint across the Internet to you). This means that we’ve received your order in our system.
If your item happens to be on backorder, or is otherwise unavailable, we’ll let you know right away via email, and solve any inconvenience this might cause you.
As soon as any backordered item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we’ll get your products on their way to you!
When will my order ship?
Virtually all orders ship promptly from our U.S. warehouse within 0-2 days. You’ll receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you don’t receive tracking information from us by 3 days after the lead time listed on the product page has passed, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on your order.
Do you send tracking information?
Yep, we do! Get excited for your order to arrive. You’ll receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you don’t receive tracking information from us by 3 days after the lead time listed on the product page has passed, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com to check on your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. Things can happen to any package during delivery, regardless of how carefully it’s boxed! (We’ve all seen those security-camera videos of careless delivery drivers…)
If your product is defective, or sustains damage during shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away so we can send you a replacement! Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department before we can process a refund.
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
(You can, but why on Earth would you? 🙂) Just kidding — of course you can. To cancel your order, just reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order online. Tell us why you need to cancel, and we’ll process your order cancellation and refund as soon as we can.
If you need to cancel, sooner is better! If you cancel after your order has already shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges, and your product will incur a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that you used when placing your order.
How do I return a product?
If our products don’t work for you or your pets for any reason, you can return your order for a full refund. Just contact us at email@example.com to start the return process. We’ll happily refund your purchase with zero hassle.
